What is a good diet weight loss pill?

I am looking for a effective weight loss pill that works when you don’t always get the chance to eat well.

I have looked at some but you have to follow a strict diet to loss weight.

HELP!

Honestly there are NO good weight loss pills. They aren’t healthy for your body at all and once you loose the weight and stop taking the pill you gain more weight then what you had before..
I used to be 5′8 and 130 pounds and i started running every day and eating health now i am down to 112 pounds (still 5′8)
So instead of pills, exercise and find time to eat right… that is the only effective way you will loose weight.

What can you do to avoid weight loss when you are prevented from eating whole foods for a long time?

I am getting a tooth extracted and braces fitted a few weeks later.

I’ve worked all year to try and gain weight, and I am facing losing it all because I will not be able to eat whole foods for a while.

Is there any way I can avoid weight loss in this situation?

you still will be able to eat whole foods. just chew with the opposite side of your mouth when you get the tooth pulled. and with braces you just have to be careful of certain foods. like super sticky, or hard foods
caramels. apples, celery etc.. you could always drink protein drinks
or drinks like ensure to get vitamins.

6 week weight loss plans?

Does anyone know of a good 6 week weight loss plan. I know a healthy loss is 1-2lbs a week – but it’s holiday time – so 3lbs a week would be preferable!

I am planning to visit the gym 2 mornings a week for 45 minutes of cardio, swim one morning a week and do a spin class a week – is this enough?

I usually follow weight watchers when I want to lose weight – but I don’t have time for that.
