I feel the same way about yoga and raw food. They are like the trunk of the tree for me, with many branches flowing outward (like walking, water, attitude, reading, etc as the branches). But without yoga and raw food, I feel like I am missing the very core that makes everything else work. And I haven’t practiced yoga in a while, so I am out of balance now. You continue to inspire me!
