6 week weight loss plans?

Does anyone know of a good 6 week weight loss plan. I know a healthy loss is 1-2lbs a week – but it’s holiday time – so 3lbs a week would be preferable!

I am planning to visit the gym 2 mornings a week for 45 minutes of cardio, swim one morning a week and do a spin class a week – is this enough?

I usually follow weight watchers when I want to lose weight – but I don’t have time for that.

you HAVE to combine diet with your exercise, exercise alone is not enough for the weight loss you have in mind.

Do a search for Michael Thurmond Body Make over. I think its called Slim in Six. People at work are doing this and its amazing!!!

Well I wish you all the best but you have 6 weeks in that 6 weeks you could loose a stone loosing it at the rate you want all you have to do is eat wise have a breakfast and exercise and you should loose weight cut out butter chips crisps and chocolate or have them in reasonable amounts I believe if you take a little of what you Fancy it wont do you as much harm and it will mean you will crave less good luck and enjoy your holiday : )

to lose a lb a week you have to eat 500 calories less every day so a healthy diet alone will not lose you 3lb a week. the exercise will help although 3lb a week is a high target so may be unrealistic. 1lb a week is considered to be healthy weight loss. good luck!
