What are the best exercises for fast weight loss?

I am on a diet, but I need some good exercises as well.

Lots of cardio- running, biking, swimming.

A good "core" workout does wonders too- pilates/yoga.

Any regular leg lifts, crunches, etc. only work well if you combine them with regular fat burning cardio.

Any ideas for fast weight loss?

I definitely need to lose weight before my wedding in October. I`m 5 ft 2 in and 139 lb. I know i`m overweight and should lose about 18-20 lb. How do find out how many calories I need to eat daily? I want to start a workout program too. I want to start with a 20 minutes walk in the morning and 5-10 min of jogging in the evening. Is it enough? Thanks.

To check the number of calories you need eat daily, go to projectweightloss.com. You can enter your target weight, and the web site calculates how many calories you should eat every day to reach that weight. The site is free, you just need to sign up as a member.. They also have a diet and workout planner that shows you how many calories you burn when you exercise, and how many you eat with your meals. That`s how you can find out if you exercise enough. You can also use their weight charts and see whether you`re under/over the daily calorie limit. Good luck!

I am trying to lose weight in ten days. I ate healthily all day and just got back from an hour walk(at a fast pace and up a very steep hill) for dinner im having baked salmon and onions and sqaush sauteed in a little olive oil.

Awesome dinner, yes. Some lovely lean meat or fish makes a really good main dish.
