Ok here is the deal.I’m ten years old and I’m working on getting an six-pack(don’t say anything about me being so young and etc. please)and my mom says “you want to gain muscle,not lose stomach fat.” Is that true?If so,what should I eat(and drink) to help build muscle in that area?If not true,what should I eat to help lose stomach fat?Best answer gets 10 points.
