<p>I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. </p>
<p>A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I&#8217;ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. </p>

<br />Just eat healthy in all food groups.  Eat 3 meals a day.  Have enough portion for each meal so you won&#8217;t get hungry between meals.  That&#8217;s the key.  You won&#8217;t have to completely cut down on snacks either.  Just don&#8217;t stuff yourself with those stuffs.  Walking helps big time.  If you do this right, you will start seeing some result after 3 months because that&#8217;s how long it would take to speed up your metabolism.  During the first 3 months, you will gain a bit of weight since you will gain muscle weight by walking and possibly other cardio you might do.</p>

The best i&#8217;ve found so far has been white tea and a combination of acai&#8230; coz its got tons more antioxidants than green tea and leads to higher metabolism levels. <p>Don&#8217;t worry too much about your diet&#8230;as long as u keep up the exercise schedule and drink white tea 2 or 3 times a day you should start seeing results in 2 weeks tops.<br />
White tea will help suppress your appetite so it will naturally help you keep overeating in check.</p>
<p>Now for your definition&#8230;by which i assume you mean weight loss and weight gain in the right areas&#8230;.this is all about naturally losing the fat content first and then building up your frame. Once you start going to the gym..whatever you do..the fats will always go from the heavy areas&#8230;and after 2 months or so..when you are ready to gain muscle ..you can work the right areas!</p>
