I know that the programs (Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers) can work but does anyone have an experience to share on what happened to their weight after they quit the program?

From what I hear of these programs they do offer weight loss maintenance programs – so they actually teach the methods and strategies to use to keep the weight off.
I have never tried either – but I guess you get out of it what you put in. but as i said they both have mantenance programs once you have reached your goal weight that will give you the necessary methods to keep the weight off.
