Hey! Well, it is impossible to gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time…Here’s why: to build body mass, you need to eat OVER your daily calorie needs, to lose fat you need to create a deficit. If you are working out and trying to get toned it is important that you eat a high protein diet to keep your muscle mass. Lifting and running is great because it will keep you in shape and your muscles dense. Before/after working out: Protein (25-35 g), complex carb, and a natural sugar (fruit/honey)

I have done that before as well. I used to diet, then go into hypoglycemia, then have to eat to gain weight and re-feed my body. I think you should develop a healthy LIFESTYLE change instead of a diet. If you like to eat “bad stuff’, do it only once or twice a week. There is no way to really eat what you want and look how you want at the same time. Also, recognize that DISCIPLINE is important. Hope this helps. Message me if you have any further questions!

To find out your calories, just type in “BMR Calculator” in Google. For losing leg muscle, I suppose doing high/moderate intensity cardio for longer than 30 minutes would eat some of that muscle if you want to do that…I’m honestly not that experienced with the art of “muscle loss” (except when I water fasted!) LOL.
