Interesting never …
Interesting never thought that hunger could be related to thirst! Its also important that we take time to chew our food at least 1/2 hr for each meal so that the food could be digested properly rather than we are stressed we just gobbled our food down and it becomes fat in our body as there is lesser time to digest.

Hey ! I know you write this comment a while ago but I had the same time issue you had being a student too. What I do is that on weekend I buy a bunch of vegetable and fruits and immediatly cut all of those that needs prep. So, when Im hungry, its easy to grab the bag of sliced vegetables and you just need a mini fridge in your room

It’s still a lot of calories to ingest trying to maintain a healthy balance of vitamins and minerals. I guess this is why we have vitamin pills, so we get those essentials without retaining excess calories. Even with those pills, I still get hungry and want to eat good food. That’s how everyone is. We love good food.

This is so true!! Even when I am hungry and i eat some chocolate or a piece of cake it immediately does somethign to my stomach and it really does not make me feel good and it really is not a good feeling and then when we get the good healthy meal i am confused whether i am full or whether i need food or not. So i personally need the right full healthy meal than munching on chocolates when I am really hungry. It works for me and makes me feel good when i eat the real meal than sugary junk.
