I am on the same plan. Chicken breast, rice, egg whites..I also do eat pasta with fat free ragu sauce. It’s filling and 8g of fat, 8g of protein per pound is pretty good as long as you are exercizing. You could even do an extremely low fat chicken parm if you experiment a little. I’m so glad I found this video. I have been also on a lifestyle change (I hate the word diet!) for a little over a month now and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I eat everything that you eat minus the diet soda and I only eat brown rice. I have also found some other carbs that are high in fiber and very good for you such as oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and beans. I have added these things to my menu and I am never hungry. I eat 5X’s a day and try to exercise 5 days a week. Much more success to you!

Very good advice. I’m also trying to lose and to me rice is essential. Don’t forget WATER! Especially if you’re working out. Also, Watermelons are both filling and refreshing during the summer.

I stay away from …
I stay away from Red meat and alot of starches..but continue to eat my rice and pasta occasionally, drink a hek of alot of water. stay away from sugary drinks take a vitamin everyday and drink OJ or some kind of juice at least once a day… I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and kind of take a break on the weekends..I dont over do it but I have a sweet here and there, I keep my veggies and fruits organic as well..Lost 50lbs in about 7-8months so far…still going
