I consume 1200 calories per day
700 come from drinking seven 100 calorie shakes
500 come from eating two meals (with fat)

I eat all day long. No willpower is required, people. No starvation. Nothing is hard. Everything is easy!

My diet is so ridiculously easy. It’s very Type Z and it’s working. You don’t have to starve. In fact, starvation doesn’t work! I have easily and quickly lost weight in an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way.
