Or if any “miracle known vitamins or shampoos/conditioners work” I know that diet is the main key and not stressing all the time. I have baby fine hair a little past shoulder length. I would say that in one yr my hair only grew 2-3inches!!! My hair just sheds too much when brushing and I just dont know how I can tame it. Please help! And thank you! <^;^>
