Question by Snicklefritz: What’s a good way to PERMANENTLY lose weight, the healthy way?
So I know there’s the good old fashioned eat healthy & exercise way, but honestly, I don’t have much self control (and I have a MAJOR sweet tooth). I’ve tried many of the diet pills and “lose weight quickly” diets and I have realized that none of those are permanent ways to lose weight. I always ended up putting on the weight as soon as I got off the pills or ended the crazy diet. Does anyone have any advice or tips?

i know it’s hard but the only way is to eat healthy well portioned meals. Its just a fact.
