<p>I think this book is awesome. I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to lose weight, help someone lose weight, or just be a healthier person, which is what I&#8217;m trying to do.</p>

I will avoid trans-fats as much as humanly possible<br />
I will drink green tea every day<br />
