Question by partywitpickles: Losing weight question… answers appreciated?
I am 5’5, I50 pounds. I am currently taking alli (new diet “pill” that is the only FDA proved weight loss aid ) Which burns 25% of the fat you eat. You must eat no more than 15 grams of fat per meal or you will get horrible and unwanted side effects (aka pooping your pants ect.) Anyways, if you can lose 10 pounds with diet alone, alli will help you lose 5 pounds more. so overall 15 pounds. Basically every 5 pounds you lose alone, alli will help you lose 2 to 3 more pounds. ANYWAY. I eat usually less than 15 grams of fat a meal. More around 7-12 grams. I also do cardio for 30-45 mins at least 4 times a week with some weight training. I want to be 140 by october 11th (florida vacation) or LESS. Is this possible? If not, how can i make it possible. My ultimate goal is 125 by January. I am moving to Florida for college.

P.s. i dont starve myself, i just eat a lot of fruit and other healthy things. NO FRIED FOODS.
