Hey. I recently gave birth to my beautiful baby boy. I had no choice but to go back to work right away, and between a baby, a husband, a house and work I barely have time to focus on losing the extra 95 lbs I’m carrying around. I’m 23 years old and 5 feet tall, so my current weight makes me obese. I’ve tried to find “affordable” meal plans, I’ve signed up to various free sites like nutritiondata.com and sparkpeople.com. They are all very nice, but I’m a waitress making $ 3.50 an hour + tips, I cant afford to buy 50 ingredients for ONE meal… I’ve tried customizing those recipes to fit my budget, but it takes forever since I have to take out ingredients and I end up having to calculate every oz to know how many calories I ate (which defeats the purpose of following a meal “plan” where the food is supposed to be “planned” for you. PLEASE, HELP!! Does anyone know about any site that has meal plans, or even lose recipes, for obese people who also happen to be on a very, very, very tight budget? I’d really appreciate it!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you’ll want to keep going.
