They are all very nice, but I&#8217;m a waitress making $  3.50 an hour + tips, I cant afford to buy 50 ingredients for ONE meal&#8230; I&#8217;ve tried customizing those recipes to fit my budget, but it takes forever since I have to take out ingredients and I end up having to calculate every oz to know how many calories I ate (which defeats the purpose of following a meal &#8220;plan&#8221; where the food is supposed to be &#8220;planned&#8221; for you.  PLEASE, HELP!!  Does anyone know about any site that has meal plans, or even lose recipes, for obese people who also happen to be on a very, very, very tight budget? I&#8217;d really appreciate it!! Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you&#8217;ll want to keep going.</p>
