Question by Robbie*: I’m skinny but have body fat, Cut on food to body fat or Consume to gain ?
Ok, i’ve lost 66lbs (30kg) in 8 months. Where most of it was just by quit consuming, i keep in mind to consume like 2 or 3 occasions a day, but “light” meals.

Now i have a difficulty, i do look slim and skinny and that stuff. But when i look in the mirror i see excess fat, most most likely subcutaneous body fat because if i “pull” skin from the belly and back, it is not thin.

My legs are very thin although comparing with the upper body.

I do physical physical exercise, i run and lift weights in the fitness center. Occasionally i run 30 minutes without having stopping, and the next 30 minutes i lift weights, then at the end i do around 90 repeats for abs (30×3). I do notice that im finding the kind of the Abs, but the “fat” or subcutaneous excess fat is till there.

The trainer told me this is not excess fat, just skin, i do not think it so i’ve completed a analysis and discovered that it is called subcutaneous excess fat.

Now comes the biggest dilemma, i want to cut on food so it won’t develop the excess fat in the belly and back. Which signifies i can’t also gain muscle.

I don’t consume junk food, i do not place sugar and stuff on Milk, Tea and so on

I don’t eat salt, i don’t eat foods with with body fat, only the ones with monounsaturated and poly excess fat, but just a little, from Walnuts and Almonds.

I’ve also read that gelatin will boost skin elasticity, so i believe i’ll start eating a little portion every day.

I’m not positive what to do, i’ve very confused. I’m thinking about beginning swim, due to the fact in my head it will burn fat/produce muscles around the body and will fix the problem. Or at least will enhance a lot, but it’s just “what i think”.

Some details:

- Fitness center five times a week (1~ hour each day)
- Where some days i run 30 minutes and lift weights for one more 30 minutes
- Other days i run 10 minutes and lift for 50.
- I consume “Healthy”
- I drink lots of water
- BMI 21.eight
- Age: 23

Please help me, i don’t know what else to do. A diet plan plan would be excellent, thanks in advance.
