I’m not actually overweight, but I’ve got a lot of puppy fat and… flabby arms and tummy.
I appear to get skinny often (like I’ll now feel like eating so much and it’ll be easier), but I think I have consuming binges and I feel bloated and ‘big’…
I sometimes look up how to lose weight, but it’s all complicated stuff.
Sooo, I was pondering if I just slowly cut back on my consuming, lower portion sizes, drink lots of water (or have tea or coffee if I really feel a bit ‘hungry’), and do a few sit-ups and do some weights-for my arms with dumbells, if that would aid me?
OR any guidelines, hints, with no significant dieting/exercising would be fantastic.
