<p><strong>Answer</strong></p>
<p>You need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don&#8217;t over 60 minutes at a time.</p>
<p>Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight <a href="http://www.fasterloss.com/tag/training" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with training">training</a>. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.</p>
<p>The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.</p>

<p><strong>What is raw food?</strong></p>

You can allow refrigerated foods warm to room temperature, and you can warm up foods to no more than 104 °F (40 °C). You can also have some herbal tea, or pair hot spices like cayenne and garlic with your meals to warm them up.</p>
<p><strong>Is it just about eating a plate of uncooked vegetables for every meal?</strong></p>
<p>Absolutely not! Well, not unless you decide to extricate guacamole, lasagna, cheesecake, smoothies, and pancakes from your diet. Raw food weight loss are enormously popular, and there is no lack of delicious recipes you can use to create amazing meals that won’t leave you hungry, or dissatisfied.<br />

<p>Well, there are a couple of ways you can start. You can throw out everything in your house that’s not raw and replace it with the food and ingredients you need to make the change. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.</p>
<p>You won&#8217;t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body&#8217;s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight. Low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt &#8212; known as a dieting plateau. You can never get slim by starving yourself.</p>
<p>A healthy weight loss program is one which does not make you lose weight in such a manner that your health is spoiled. Starvation is not a worthy way to lose weight because most people will fail to abide to the program rules after a certain period.<br />
Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly &#8211; low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of weight loss.</p>
<p>Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss program. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight.
