Realize that these types of diets often result in dizziness and fatigue. With a healthy weight loss plan instead, you’re going to be losing weight and increasing your heart’s health, your mental acuity and setting a much better example for any children that are in your house. Go about setting the example that if you work hard you will get that healthy body and get that look that you want. Show people that you can get it done and you don’t need short cuts. Be proud of the way you do it and the way you’ll be able to keep it off in the future. And when your next reunion rolls around, you’ll be proud of whatever size dress you decide to wear.
