What weight loss diet can help me lose weight quickly?

I want to be skinny by the end of the year. I have about 60 pounds that I would love to lose. What weight loss program would you recommend for me?

If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The following are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.

• Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at some point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.

I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full.     You need to change your way of eating permanently otherwise any temporary diet will result in temporary weight loss.

    You don’t need a diet or program just workout and add some herbs and you’ll drop pounds like crazy. Make sure you get the okay from your doc though.

    I’m on the Medifast meal replacement plan and I’ve lost about 60 pounds in 5 1/2 months (still have 35 to go). A lot of people lose more than that in 4 months.

It doesnt have to be drastic either, just be smart about your portions you eat, when you start feeling full, stop eating.Its ok to leave food on the plate.     Soft carbonated drinks, sweets and jams are also high in sugar.

    Foods that are high in both fats and sugars are cakes, chocolate, biscuits, pastries and ice-cream.

    However, a healthful diet does include fat.

    These should as stated be only unsaturated fat e.g. olive, sunflower and corn oil.

    You have heard about the benefits of oily fish, make sure you get at least 3 portions a week. They contain omega 3 and are great for overall health. Good sources include: Mackerel, sardines and salmon

    Hi Isabella:That’s a tall order, but you can lose the weight by then if you get a good plan going and stick to it.  The best and healthiest way to lose weight is of course by reducing your calorie intake which means eating less, eating less fat, carbs and starches.  You also need to exercise regularly whether walking or other activities you enjoy including dancing, riding bike, playing with your dog, etc.
