Everybody wants to lose weight now! The only problem is they still want to eat whatever whenever.
If you don’t change your lifestyle as you diet, you have wasted whatever time and money you invest. If you pick a healthy diet plan then you should be able to incorporate it into your lifestyle, then it is no longer a "diet". Choose wisely, not gimmicks!! (Drink lots of water too!!!!!)

I don’t have a site, I have common sense. Diets are short-term because you can’t live on grapefruit, or cereal, or without carbohydrates, or on strictly raw fruits and vegetables, for your entire life. You stop eating the way the diet had you eating, you gain the weight back. The way to lose weight and keep it off is to consciously and permanently change the way you eat and live. Exercise and the overall balance of your diet must increase, calories consumed must decrease. Simple as that.

I’ve lost 29 pounds since January. No gimmicky diets, just common sense.

because once u go off them and start eating junk again u’re going to gain the weight back. just change the way u eat and never stop, and ur weight loss will be permanent.
